Role Overview
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, distribution, and data-driven growth. You will be responsible for executing performance marketing campaigns, managing influencer and community outreach, leading content marketing initiatives, and optimizing user engagement across channels. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical rigor, with a focus on executing strategies that increase platform participation and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize growth campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and organic initiatives.
- Manage content marketing efforts, including platform content, newsletters, and educational resources to drive engagement and retention.
- Oversee GoWagr’s social media presence, curating and distributing content while managing community interactions.
- Lead and execute digital ad campaigns, tracking key performance metrics and optimizing based on data insights.
- Analyze user acquisition and engagement trends, make data-driven decisions, and report on marketing performance with actionable recommendations.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and industry communities to expand organic reach.
- Develop and implement targeted campaigns to educate users on prediction markets and event trading strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends in financial markets, event-driven speculation, and digital marketing to identify new growth opportunities.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, content marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and campaign management platforms.
- Experience with content marketing, digital storytelling, and social media management.
