Role Overview

We are seeking an empathetic, organized, and strategic HR and People Operations Lead to help shape and manage our growing team. As a critical part of our leadership, you will develop and implement people-focused initiatives that drive employee satisfaction, enhance team performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

In this role, you’ll oversee key HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and company culture. You’ll work closely with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment while ensuring that our people operations align with our company’s mission and goals.
